Composition: 80% Polyester + 20% Cotton (TC fabric)
Polyester delivers high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, wrinkle resistance and low shrinkage. Cotton adds breathability and soft touch to relieve stuffiness of pure polyester.
Flame retardant function
Finished with durable flame retardant treatment. The fabric suppresses flame spread and self-extinguishes once leaving fire source.
Note: High polyester content will melt and drip under intense heat, so it is only fit for low-risk general workshops, not heavy welding or molten metal work.
Core advantages
Cost-effective, durable, easy to wash and maintain, good color fastness. Suitable for mass-produced ordinary safety workwear.
Limitations
Poor thermal safety for high-temperature scenarios. Melt drips may cause secondary burns when exposed to welding sparks or molten splashes. Not qualified for high-level welding protective clothing standard EN 11611 Class 2.
