1. Durable fabrics are generally all cotton, polyester-cotton, and cotton-polyester. The all-cotton fabrics are finished and flame-retardant finishing, so the fabric has high strength, tear resistance, strong tensile strength, and good air permeability; all cotton The fabric has good comfort, good moisture permeability, and comfortable and safe wearing. Choose different weight fabrics according to the wearing season.
2. The commonly used permanent flame retardant fabrics are aramid, aramid, acrylonitrile and so on. Aramid fiber is mainly divided into two types, para-aramid fiber (PPTA) and meta-aramid fiber (PMIA). The former, such as aramid 1414-Kevlar, has ultra-high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, Excellent performance such as light weight and dimensional stability; the latter such as aramid 1313-Nomex, its limiting oxygen index is greater than 28%. Disadvantages of aramid: expensive and poor dyeability. Aromatic polysulfone fiber belongs to the para-aramid fiber series, which is an aromatic polyphthalamide fiber containing an alum group on the polymer backbone. The limiting oxygen index exceeds 33%; it has good dyeability, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, and radiation resistance. Acrylic fiber—a modified acrylic fiber is a copolymer of acrylonitrile monomer and a vinyl compound containing flame retardant elements. It has a wool-like feel and high flame retardancy, and has acid and chemical resistance.
