Application and composition of fireproof fabric

With the rapid development of society, fireproof fabric plays an increasingly important role in our life and work. After the research and development of fabrics, a variety of high-temperature fireproof fabrics suitable for different occasions have been developed. Aramid IIIA fabric, aramid/viscose blended fabric, aramid 1414 knitted brushed fabric, inherent flame-retardant fiber fabric, durable flame-retardant finishing fabric.
 
①It has inherent anti-flammability effect, high temperature resistance, and will not melt, burn or drop; when encountering flames and high temperatures, the fabric quickly expands and thickens, forming a unique thermal barrier;
 
② Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, friction resistance, long service life (6 times that of ordinary flame-retardant cotton);
 
③Add P140 carbon fiber, which has antistatic effect;
 
④The color is bright and stable, and the color fastness is high, and the color will not fade due to washing, friction and other conditions;
 
⑤The size is stable and will not be deformed by washing;
 
⑥Good air permeability, light weight, good comfort, in line with EN531, EN533, EN469, NFPA 70E, GB8965-2009 and other standards.
 
Aramid IIIA fabric
 
The aramid IIIA fabric is made of a new generation of high-tech fiber aramid 1313/aramid 1414/conductive fiber blended at a ratio of 93%/5%/2%. It has high strength, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent high temperature and flame resistance Fire performance. The fabric is widely used in special protective clothing for personnel in the fields of fire protection, military, metallurgy, aerospace, aviation, etc.
 
Features:

Inherent fireproof fabric
 
Inherent flame-retardant fabrics are made of inherent flame-retardant fibers, including flame-retardant viscose, flame-retardant polyester and acrylic and chlorofluorocarbon fibers. They have inherent flame-retardant effects. The flame-retardant effects are not affected by washing, and they feel soft and comfortable. It can also produce various specifications of fabrics according to customer needs.
 
Durable flame-retardant finishing fabric
 
Durable flame-retardant series products are made of pure cotton fabrics after flame-retardant finishing. They have good flame-retardant properties. They will only be carbonized in case of fire, and will not spread. It is widely used in the production of flame-retardant protective clothing in the petroleum, chemical, military, fire-fighting, coal mine and other industries. It can also be used as flame-retardant decorative cloth for hotels, restaurants, opera houses and theaters. Oxygen index≥30, damage length≤150mm, smoldering time≤5s. The continuous burning time is less than or equal to 5s, and it is resistant to 12 times of washing. It meets the requirements of GB8965.1-2009 "Flame-retardant protective clothing".
